Jim Lawrence is the Co-Founder and COO of Sensitive Data Protect, LLC (also known as SDPCompliance.com) and holds the certification of Association of Dealership Compliance Officer (ADCO) Certified Dealership Compliance Officer.

With over 25 years of experience in automotive retail, Jim specializes in Dealership Cybersecurity & Compliance Management, Software Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships. His expertise lies in SaaS-based Dealership Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), CRM systems, Email Response, and Lead Management software.

Jim is considered a subject matter expert in dealer systems and is currently collaborating with partners to introduce innovative compliance business models. These models include Qualified Individual Designation Training, IT Cyber Security Managed Services, and a comprehensive One-Stop-Shop concept for enterprise-class FTC Safeguard Rules Compliance, Ransomware Prevention, and Consumer Data Privacy Management.
